Terms of service
These terms and conditions apply specifically to Edrolo's Direct to Consumer (D2C) offerings, including Success Kits and Monthly Subscriptions available at https://shop.edrolo.com.au. These terms are in addition to Edrolo's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription and Ordering
1.1 By placing an order for Edrolo D2C products, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2 You must be at least 15 years old to purchase Edrolo D2C products. If you are under 15, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
1.3 Monthly Subscriptions are available for $60 per month and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
1.4 There is no free trial period offered for Edrolo D2C products.
1.5 Success Kits are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. They are valid for the current curriculum and are available for access for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
2.2 Edrolo reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
2.3 Payment is due at the time of purchase for Success Kits and at the beginning of each billing cycle for Monthly Subscriptions.
2.4 We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.
3. Access and Use
3.1 To the best of our abilities, access to the purchased Edrolo Resources will be granted within 1 business day of successful payment.
3.2 Your login credentials and access to your purchased items are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details or allow others to access your purchased Edrolo Resources.
3.3 You agree to use the Edrolo Resources for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3.4 For Success Kits, your access will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
3.5 You may only purchase Edrolo D2C products for yourself or for a person under the age of 15 for whom you are a parent, legal guardian, teacher or tutor.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 For Monthly Subscriptions, you may cancel at any time via the subscription management page or by submitting a contact us webform request.
4.2 Cancellation can take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, but this will not change the fee for the current cycle.
4.3 No refunds are provided as part of this policy.
4.3 In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if our products or services fail to meet consumer guarantees.
4.4 We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer need the product.
4.5 The only exception for refunds is for existing Edrolo customers who mistakenly purchased a D2C product instead of paying via the school payment portal. In such cases, please contact us via the contact us webform for assistance.
4.6 Any refund requests or claims should be made in writing to help@edrolo.com.au We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All Edrolo Resources remain the intellectual property of Edrolo.
5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Edrolo Resources.
6. Technical Requirements
6.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary devices and internet connection to access the Edrolo Resources.
6.2 Edrolo is not responsible for any issues arising from your technical setup.
7. Changes to Services
7.1 Edrolo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the D2C offerings at any time.
7.2 We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Edrolo's liability is limited as set out in our general Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Edrolo does not guarantee any specific results from the use of our D2C products.
9. Privacy
9.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Edrolo's Privacy Policy.
9.2 We may use your contact details to send you information about your subscription and other Edrolo products.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
By using Edrolo's D2C products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
