Refund policy
1 For Monthly Subscriptions, you may cancel at any time via the subscription management page or by submitting a contact us webform request.
2 Cancellation can take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, but this will not change the fee for the current cycle.
3 In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if our products or services fail to meet consumer guarantees.
4 We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer need the product.
5 The only exception for refunds is for existing Edrolo customers who mistakenly purchased a D2C product instead of paying via the school payment portal. In such cases, please contact us via the contact us webform for assistance.
6 Any refund requests or claims should be made in writing to help@edrolo.com.au We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
